Evans Edwards & Associates Pty Lts (EEA) has adopted a Professional Development Pathway Scheme to ensure the timely development of team members skills and career progression. We recognise that professional development is an obligation to our team; an investment in the overall capabilities of the firm and results in improved services for our clients. We understand that a highly skilled, motivated and experienced workforce is our most valuable resource. Through this approach a structured professional and personal development pathway is identified and developed in consultation with each team member.
Information such as the firm’s strategic and operational plans, internal workflow needs, business development opportunities, professional standards, industry group membership requirements and individual positions descriptions will assist employees to identify and plan their career path.
To maintain the highest possible level of knowledge we provide on-going training to our team members. This training is provided internally and externally in all areas in which we assist our clients, including Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, Business Structures, Business Growth, Superannuation and Wealth Growth.
