Update to Evans Edwards office arrangements

As further easing of restrictions continue, we’re excited to advise that our EEA team has been safely returning to our offices in a staged approach with the majority to be back by Monday 25 May. Our office doors will be open from that date for any essential, pre-arranged deliveries or appointments. We have implemented a number of health and safety measures to ensure that our team remain as safe as possible in order for them to be able to return to the office. Among other things, these measures do include limiting the number of people visiting the office, which means at this stage we will continue to utilise Zoom meetings or phone calls as our preferred method of contact, with exceptions for special circumstances. We will always continue to provide you with the same level of exceptional client service as we have in the past, but in our new business as usual approach. As well as the measures above, in order to reduce the risk to our team, our clients and our service providers, we do require anyone needing to enter our premises to please abide by the social distancing and hygiene measures recommended by Government, including particularly:

  • If you, or any of your team/family are unwell, or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, please do not attend our office.

  • If you have returned from overseas or interstate travel in the past 14 days, please do not attend our office.

  • Please wash or sanitise your hands before entering and on leaving our premises. We do have hand sanitiser available for use in our reception area.

  • Please maintain at least 1.5 metres distance between yourself and others – including in our reception areas.

  • Please advise us immediately if you become unwell within 14 days of attending our office.

We will also be asking anyone when attending our offices to please confirm their responses to the health requirements as noted above. As I’m sure you can appreciate given the circumstances, these types of measures are unfortunately necessary at this time. As this continues to be an evolving situation however, we will monitor any changes closely abiding by the health advice provided, and adjust our approach as required. We are proud of how our team and our clients have adapted to these very different times, and please know that we continue to be here and are available to help you as best we can. We understand that this has been a little bit different from how we have operated in the past, and we very much thank you for your support. Stay safe and well. Tony, Marni, Jayne and the team at EEA.
